一、通行条件：入境土库曼斯坦需办理签证。请确需经土撤离的中国公民（含港澳台同胞）提前联系中国驻伊朗使馆，提供有效期6个月以上中国护照（含香港特区护照、澳门特区护照、台胞证等）彩色资料页、离土机票确认单，待土政府批准后方可赴口岸申办过境签证。中国公民自萨拉赫斯口岸入境后，将统一乘坐交通工具前往阿什哈巴德国际机场，按土方要求尽快离境。
